Booking and Appointments
Appointment Booking
- Appointments must be booked through our official Square booking system
- All appointments require advance booking and confirmation
- Walk-ins are welcome at pop-up events only, subject to availability
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for studio sessions
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service fee
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees
Payment Terms
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments through Square
- Group events may require a deposit to secure the booking
Refunds and Returns
- Due to the permanent nature of our jewelry services, all sales are final
- We do not offer refunds for completed permanent jewelry services
- If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours
