Who sends messages

Text messages are sent by The Spark Collective (Spark Collective Company) regarding studio appointments and, only if you opt in, marketing offers. Our studio is in College Park / Orlando, Florida.

Types of messages

  • Appointment emails & texts — updates about a booking you requested (confirmation, changes, reminders). On studio booking you must provide a mobile number and check the appointment acknowledgment to submit. Reply STOP to opt out of texts anytime.
  • Marketing texts — optional offers, events, and promotions. Marketing consent is not required to book or purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt in

  • Website booking — mobile phone required. Separate unchecked boxes: appointment emails/texts acknowledgment required to book; marketing SMS and marketing email optional. Marketing checkbox language includes message type, that frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and Reply STOP to unsubscribe (shown at the checkbox).
  • Text alerts page /sms-preferences uses the same marketing checkbox wording.

Exact marketing checkbox language (also on /sms-preferences and /sms-opt-in-evidence): “I agree to receive recurring promotional text messages from The Spark Collective (Spark Collective Company) about offers, events, and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Terms: https://www.sparkcollectivecompany.com/messaging-terms Privacy: https://www.sparkcollectivecompany.com/privacy Consent is not required to book or purchase.”

We do not treat having your phone number in Square or our database alone as consent for marketing texts. Instagram or Facebook messages are not consent.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from further SMS from us. Reply HELP for help. You may also update preferences at /sms-preferences.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile information to third parties for their promotional use as a condition of SMS consent.
